Our Manufacturing unit is located in Lalbaug, Mumbai. We dispatch all the shipments from Lalbaug only.

We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets and cash on delivery(only for Mumbai Thane and navi mumbai).

All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

The refunded amount will be directly credited to your wallet and then we transfer it to your bank account in case if you cancel the order before dispatch. Please mail or call our customer care team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book. If the order is cancelled after dispatch then we deduct the delivery charges from your amount and then refund the remaining amount.

We currently deliver the product to all over india wherever our courier partners are serviceable. Please check if we deliver to your pincode.

We take 2-4 working days for deliver the product for orders within Mumbai Region and 4-6 working days to deliver outside Mumbai Region
