Shipping/Delivery
- All orders will be shipped out within 48 hours from date of receipt & confirmation of order.
- Free shipping is offered on cart value over and above Rs. 349, below that a minimum charge of Rs. 40/- is charged towards shipping and handling which will be automatically added to the cart at the time of checkout.
- Shipping will be done by our own logistics team and with our trusted courier partners.
- Any transit damages will be borne by the company. Customer must not accept that shipment at the time of delivery.
- Delivery takes anywhere between 3 – 6 working days’ post order placed and confirmed based on the location.
Returns & Cancellation
- Cancellation
by Customer - You as a customer can cancel your order anytime prior to
dispatch by calling our customer service/on Chat/by sending email. In such
a case we will refund payments if you have made for that order. Payment
will be refunded within 7 working days from date of cancellation.
- Cancellation
by Company – We can cancel the order post placement due to any genuine
reason. Refund process and payment will be refunded to customer. Payment
will be refunded within 7 working days from date of cancellation.
- If we
suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction
which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our
sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a list of all
fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or
cancel any orders placed by them.
- Return/Replace
- We have a return/replace policy only in case of damaged in transit, expired and sub-standard
quality of product at the time of delivery.
- Refunds -
We will take the returned product back with us and will add amount in your account
(if already paid for by the customer) for the value paid for the return products. This
can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills or request for refund to
the bank or debit or credit card from which the payment was made.
